Why we built it this way

Blue goes where water does. The coated shell sheds spray off the side of a boat, the zips keep the splash out, and the base is stiff enough that the pack does not slump when you set it down on a wet dock.

Thirty-three cans and sixteen hours of cold are the numbers, but the detail people notice is the opener on the strap and the pocket against the back that keeps a phone dry while everything else is getting rained on.
